So it's safe to say that Kruger, Ultimate and Monarch all work together, they just have their own specific agendas to create and manage supersoldiers, like an assembly line almost? If that's the case, then they must each have a clone of your body and whoever needs your consciousness for whatever reason they just pluck it from your everyday life, your consciousness gets passed around so to speak. Monarch seems to have the dirty job of fracturing the consciousness and programming alternate personalities, Ultimate equips the clones with weaponry, then Kruger sends them out for whatever mission, is that a correct description?
