Nate my goodness you are blessed and you have confirmed a lot of great experiences. Their intervention is so important. I have heard the Council of 5 can help normal humans gain telepathic gifts. I think they also have their own Brand of Super Soldiers out there around the world who are humans enhanced to superhuman. I really like this group and so glad they are out to do good. They give us hope. What I know is their agenda has always been victorious though they do experience tragedy and set backs from time to time against Rivals here across the planet.
