After much praying ( n maybe quiting smoking has something to do with it , I dont know  ) . However still sensitive  and have in ear sensations  , however much number in a different  way . More shielded feeling somehow . The astral head banging is less than n in degree than before . Less frequent  n fainter dimensionally seeming .
