Now again on Vid 2 what do we have ? A transmission or receiving antenna disguised as a domed building theres an awefull lot of energy thats either entering or leaving it to cause the plasma glowing effect. Ill bet it got many degrees colder near that negative plasma discharge. it would be intresting to find from the locals if they felt strange weather phenomena during this event.
