yes it does in a way. im more super soldier minded on this topic but your post also seems more like shapeshifting/controlling your looks with intent. however they do seem to have secret technology. at least to regenerate someone. they have a chance of coming out with med beds but im not sure when anything will come out. the best thing i can think of is they have stem cells coming out. some dentists might have stem cell surgery to regrow teeth but you have to travel. plus they have starter stem cell supplements. im starting to take some in personal research but they seem to be like basic vitamins so far. we will see what happens with technology.
