MKULTRA *is* everywhere the CIA & NSA have influence in America AND the world.  Canada has a program, as does England, Sweden, Russia and China.  By 1960, they had control over 150 hospitals and clinics (military AND civilian) and sub-offices in numerous colleges (University of Rochester Medical Campus, and R.I.T., in Rochester, NY were offices I was directly affiliated with).  I was taken from St. Ann's to some Jesuit agency and directly to the Infancy Research Center in the U. of R., (back then @ Bldg.400).  My first handlers were Nazi doctors, directly from Project Paperclip, and starched nuns with barbed wire corsets.  By the time my Grams got me back (at 18 months old), I spoke English sentences and some German with a Bavarian accent (from listening to my doctors).  I referred to myself always as an "it", because that is how they always talked around me (i.e.- It's not responding to the treatment.  It has a fever. Etc.) and I had a floppy-eared beige bunny rabbit for a "teddy bear".  I always got the serious creeps from all the "rabbit" images in "Donnie Darko" for this reason.  I understood it was somehow a part of the programming, and that was never a "good thing" for any of us.  I had broken with the majority of my programming by using many of their same techniques, but to MY benefit and their frustration.  But I also have to stress here:  MKULTRA was used for a great deal more than mere drug testings.  But even those had horrific results on unsuspecting Americans all over the country BECAUSE of them.      https://www.nytimes.com/1977/0...al-turner-tells.html
