usually I eat every type of food ( am not picky), In breakfast and lunch. Dinner I eat nothing but vegetables, alkaline. No fruits or any food that is acidic. That way I can get a better sleep at night, especially when am stressed out. If not you sleep less and your more likely to have nightmares. Thats what I notice. The ideal human diet is 80% alkaline 20% acidic, corresponds to 80% love 20% fear. I live and  see Law of correspondence in everything I do. I love my meat and bread, sandwiches are my favorites. I eat 60/40 ratio which is still off but I am of junkfood. I used to binge eat because of my emotions and also because is hard for me to get fat. Use say fuck it am not gona get fat, am a feel like shit later(with all the chemicals and parasites the illuminati put in the food), so what ill pay the price.  I changed that habit by being firm and letting go. Also meditating to deal with my mental and emotional pain. You breath from your 2nd chakra, deep breaths, In breath and out breath continuously nice and slowly. In through your nose out through your mouth. Focus on the area below your belly button, on top of your sexual organs. Thats where you store your ether. You will feel when the ether starts flowing through your body. Its a tingly sensation. Drink water ether uses up a lot of  water quick. That helps with cravings.
