****Update, recent activity with PP and my bank. My bank now saying I need to get approval with each overdraft purchase. With my bank paper work, not mentioning discretion or approval process with an $600 overdraft limit. And have doing this several times with my bank, with no mention of this process prior. Just regular validation with the branch manager of overdraft process prior. Not a standard thing, now as before,. Especially stupid with SSI direct deposit each month as insurance and the extra overdraft fees they make primary profit from (especially since it's a FREE bank account). "H.C.", a mascot, for fagotry, an  "africanized Killer Queen Bee", an antichrist, with a Christian last name, a person from the  beginning of this keeps on editing my posts. Anyway, the letter I wrote back to PP.:

 

"Hi Jacob, thanks for following up with me. Still perplexing with a regular store front, government insured bank institution would be a questionable risk to do exchanges/transactions with. As illustrated with the bank in reference, same institution back in February 2017, as you mentioned, you were aware of. My bank EBSB already established as a functional exchange with PayPal. For a responsible refund to an over my balance transaction to PP. That was out of my pocket, due to a retraction of a refund, that I also mentioned to PayPal back then and now. Also, the amount of days to complete a simple transfer is perplexing as well. Of last, your customer service rep said, it would be available 9/15/17. From a transfer from Friday 9/8/17. The customer service rep wasn't really making sense, even saying that, "PayPal didn't have an email". Really, what's going on here? Are you guys for real? It's not a normal business model, for a money service/store. It would be more functional with modern applications, that made sense?? An email maybe? I mentioned to both customer service and the both supervisor's, that your online interface was going wacky, without the previous email button option. My business would be inconvenienced if this was the norm. Taking 8 days for a simple money transfer from my established bank with you?? When it took one day, with the standard PP, fronting of charge with zero balance, that I have practiced many times before in 2016, in London UK. Next, the supervisor said it's was "high security" to charge to the vendor (who only accepts PP), a video gaming company and I also tried the personal, friend n family option. Which didn't work. Also, tried PP with ATM, didn't work. Because I'm high risk? I don't think that's what's happening here. Are you following what I'm saying? Very perplexing! No??
