In the community of new age and starseed there is something called light language. same as unknown languages people do not understand but is spoken anyway. A spiritual thing and each language speaker is different.
Because of my culture I speak one of these. Now a days I sound more reptilian after harry potter came out with parcel tounge. I actually found a channeler who was talking to a girl that may speak the same thing! Here is the dragon language and naga language. If you have expirience with reptilians you may disagree with something but I find unknown languages interesting. Take a open minded look for a little before you turn it off. A super soldier explanation is genetics or tech like a age regression might give you a language you do not understand.
