What is your take on the "alien interview" book about the roswell crash

This book is about a nurse who apparently interviewed aliens in the roswell crash.

The aliens are greys but they are part of the "domain". They apparently just use the grey body to operate in the physical universe.

They said they are IS-BEs (immortal spiritual being) and everyone on earth and the multiverse is an also an IS-BE.

The main take aways is there was a group called the old empire. The domain defeated them. But the old empire set up reincarnation traps and in this part of the galaxy. So the old empire traps are tricky and the domain don't know what to do.

IS-BEs on earth were brought hear because they are undesirables to the old empire because they were criminals, revolutionaries, inventors, painters, singers. ECT.
