for the future i would suggest any vaccine taken half way if allowed by law. like one out of two shots. easy to say since im in the us and i dont live with the parents. if med beds go public they can possibly help with side effects. yet ronavid vaccine might change your dna so you can not completely set back your clock with something like age regression or repair. good luck. i would also check to see if your parents have high narcassistic traits. the advise people give with that is to go no contact. just a heads up since i had controlling foster parents and i wonder if mk ultra had a hand in the process. thanks for reading.
