im thinking that its logic to notice that someone following you while driving will attempt to not be right behind you. however I did find a video on how to spot if you have a tail. especially over time. on a side note pay attention to in front of you as well. as far as stopping someone you can pull into the police station or a multi level parking garage where you can drive in, go through all the levels, drive back down, fumble for your ticket at the gate while you check your six. i have def pulled into a city hall/cop station building because a cop was following me for pretty much nothing but driving a beater. anyway here is a method on spotting similar cars. handy for countering private eyes. https://youtu.be/L7g6-_d44gk
