hello. I have a suspected hybrid condition. not sure what I can teach from it. However I did notice something. I noticed you should defeat your habits in your dreams as well. So you can clear yourself of it. as an example I have to have self control to unlock my subconscious. plus I need to stop eating meat. Just my journey. well I was tempted to eat meat in dreams after I stopped in real life. When I said no in dreams it stopped. Now I no longer have the impulse to eat meat in real life or in dreams which the subconscious is involved in. so now eating meat is just a mental choice. please remember it takes 90 days to really have a handle on a habit but 30 days is a great start.
