this is just a note to self but your welcome to read
so i have stumbled upon safe spaces when meditating. like sometimes beginners are taught to make a safe space in their mind. such as a garden or a old tree in a grass field. it can be anything. its just recommended to put a wall around your safe space. what is my safe space? it has become a bubble that can do anything. its a void within a bubble. then i was like why cant i make this a new reality? i may not be able to make a physical pocket dimention. however at the moment i can do it within the mind. my void can do anything. it can create any safe space. i also use it to start to think for myself like its my world. i use that in order to visualize that i want in this reality. i still say that my new reality can influence my waking reality. so yes when meditating perhaps consider a void. with a bubble barrier. that bubble seperates your reality from any other reality. this void can create any safe space of your choosing and any visualization scene. like i already said. please remember that anything you do is in the now and it is already done. i hope my notes are somewhat understandable. my idea for a multitool mental void/reality was an idea i got when i was trying to meditate. thanks for reading.
