Hi. So I think the movie Firestarter might have been based on an event. In Firestarter they have a girl who can start fires. Also she seems to have telekinesis. a program gave her dad a shot that gave him powers and then she was born. When you look up the department of scientific intelligence you get a version of it. This version is by the cia. So yes this could be soft disclosure. I personally think they might have the ability to give powers to subjects by shot. Why am i intersted in Firestarter? Telekinesis seems basic and i survived a fire. After the fire i was in foster care. Anything could have started it but I was naturally interested.
