perhaps a play on words can teach you something.

the word recreation seems to be broken down into re-creation. definition recreation is something you do when not working. lesson: perhaps create with your mind especially when your not working. like creating by visualization.

the word remember seems to be broken down into the word re-member. as in putting together past events. perhaps stay in this now moment. you can do much more with the now moment but it takes practice.

the word impossible can be broken down into i'm-possible. as in nothing is actually impossible for you.

just some examples. have a good one.
