I just scanned over it, it looks/sounds like that document Sam Jenkins released last year via Miles Johnston. Just last week, I think Miles said he had to take down Sam's vids from bases. 

The only thing I can add is,  a dedicated researcher and I came to the mutual opinion (at the time), that it was probably somewhat factual, peppered w/ disinfo. How original! #sarcasm
