I believe first one is fake but hillarious, and second one is i think genuine. But, it could be hologram.
@DataPoint thanks for your comment. i actually seen the original video for the one on the news. then someone just added a obvious surprise at the end. otherwise it seems genuine to me unless you can photoshop a disappearing car with smoke. this is kind of the way the real night crawler was gifted if i am not mistaken. not sure if he had all the abilities his character had but he did disappear in a cloud of dark smoke. anyway yeah both are interesting either way. there is more on youtube if anyone looks it up.
