cool video bro. i dont know of any effective sword training in general except kali escrima. there was fencing classes and i never ran into kendo. i think bruce lee did value fencing footwork. i wonder if the kali system can wield a sword such as that. simply because Filipino blades have a different design but they are known to be able to use any weapon. the shield is interesting. i guess that kind of shield can also go with a short spear. such as the spit from zombie tools. by the way the reviews say zombie tools has some good blades that arnt very expensive. i dont really plug stuff on here but that company was kind of on topic. have a good one.
That is a cool showcase of your training weapons Nate!
@Nate YPX Grey Since these swords are for different styles of sparing, would you consider to make a demonstration video showing techniques?
i am not training right now because of social distancing, i will start training again when i get the vaccination
@Nate YPX Grey actually i got a walking stick from cold steel. the walk about is def like a club. sword forms at home might help if i cant study kali escrima angles. i guess you can train with anything in escrima. like a wooden sword instead of a stick. hehe.
the french do a lot of cane fighting

Please here this. @Stormm talks about his vaccine injury in this video.

@Nate YPX Grey thanks. I know the irish have it. They love sticks so much that they put it into some sports. i seen irish stick fighting and kung fu cane on youtube. No french things yet. yeah i have a long walking stick since im a little over six foot. So thought it could be used like a double handed sword in a way. thats kali thinking as in making a blade into a stick , but it might work. Who knows. I thought you would have ideas about that. Thanks again.
@Nate YPX Grey I second the opinion of @Saoirse but i will just say training can still be solo and at home. Understandable if your going to a school or watching out for a private group of friends. I support peoples training choices either way.
The Irish love potatoes too @Eclipse I though all of us were training at home @Nate YPX Grey. Is there not enough room to wield these swords at home ? I have plenty of room to social distance with nunchuku practice. Would like a nicer set though, these are only toy weapons.
@Saoirse actually i never had a irish potato and i cant eat meat anywhere. If i want my comment to he constructive i will mention that It was actually hard to not eat meat at disney world which is curious. i just know i seen the purp of el sign for the park which is an illuminati color. Forgive me but Not sure if that was a joke but i personally enjoy ideas from cultures without jokes. also what way would one learn to use a club other then then a stick fighting system? the club is def a forgotten tool. P.s. i prefer red skin potatos. sweet potatos are good in chips, fies, and mashed.
@Saoirse its better to make awkward jokes on youtube so you get videos like this. https://youtu.be/50-jcQjZJ7c
that's not what we're like.

@Eclipse LOL. It seems the Celtic side surfaces for me at times.
@Eclipse posted:@Saoirse lol. um i maybe heavy on the celtic dna but i know zero about the culture. im sure alot of irish descendants would enjoy the link. fun fact.... i may sound more celtic if im pissed. if that happens people may laugh in my face till i actually talk smack. oh well. see ya
@Eclipse as a student of @Stormm , I have found a wealth of information on Celtic culture through his wise teachings.

@Saoirse thanks. actually the magic arts are currently being attracted to me since im currently shifting vibration a little. thats to be expected. i also had telekinesis dreams twice in a row during thjis time. oh... and a shaman said i have a druid vibe. whatever that means. well my genetics are pretty much from the british islands. be well.
@Saoirse i will add the history of irish stick fighting due to the topic. This guy did atleast a 18 video series.
The history of Irish stick fighting, and the art of crafting these tools is interesting indeed @Eclipse
In this motivational video @Stormm demonstrates a variety of one handed weapons, including a sword AND a stick! https://youtu.be/xbsaMnoRSN4
@Saoirse yeah i ran into stormm's channel. i think he has some great videos. so thanks @Stormm
i have training nunchuck myself but its more like a toy. i prefer fixed weapons like stick that transfers to sword or staff. plus chinese fist and thoughts on chi energy. then of course things that ultras are told about is a interest. like accuracy and keeping your gear in working order.
its actually a shame that schools seem to want you to train solo during the plandemic. of course its safer to not spar and do partner drills but thats not the best as far as learning. so i have to figure out how to have normal growth in the martial arts. oh well.
It's actually MUCH safer to actually spar with other students, no matter what flu is present. Without actually DOING a technique in it's proper context, there is no learning at all. Your "reptilian brain" requires the repetition to become a proper "dragon".
